Child Minding
We know it can be tricky to fit in a workout when you have little ones. That’s why we offer free child minding for our 8:30am and 9:30am classes, Monday to Friday (these classes are open to all members whether you bring children or not).
Our child minding area is a supervised, air-conditioned space designed for bubs (minimum 12 weeks old) through to children up to 7 years. They can enjoy books, toys, and TV while you enjoy your session knowing they’re in safe hands.
Please note:
- Bookings are essential. Please reserve your child’s spot via the booking system below.
- No food is permitted in the child minding area, but we recommend sending a water bottle.

The Refuel Ground
Start your weekend right at The Refuel Ground, our healthy smoothie and coffee bar, conveniently located at the front entrance of The Ground. Open to both members and visitors on Saturday mornings from 6:30am – 9:30am, we serve freshly brewed coffee and a range of delicious, nutrient-packed smoothies to fuel your day.
Fundamentals:
To set you up for success, all new members are required to complete a 90-minute free Fundamentals course within their first 4 weeks of joining The Ground. In this session, you’ll learn or refine the key movements commonly used in our workouts, ensuring you can perform them safely and effectively. You’ll also get familiar with the techniques, terminology, and class flow so you feel confident from day one.
