The Ground is a large health and fitness facility like no other. We are a place of education, empowerment, community and growth; a place where people can move to nourish their body, mind and soul.
The Ground specialises in group fitness training, where you can have fun whilst you sweat with likeminded people. Through HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Strength & Conditioning styles of training, each workout is designed to improve your fitness, strength, speed, endurance, muscle tone, and burn fat.
The Refuel Ground is our Healthy Smoothie and Coffee Bar located at the front entrance and is open to both members and non-members of The Ground. It is currently open Monday – Friday from 6:30am – 11:00am and Saturdays from 6:30am – 9:30am.
