At The Ground, we’re more than a fitness facility. We’re a vibrant community dedicated to helping you move, grow, and thrive. Rooted in education, empowerment, and connection, we create an environment where every member feels supported to push their limits and leave every session fitter, more focused, and confident inside and outside the gym.

Our specialty lies in dynamic group fitness training that blends fun + challenge. Whether you’re pushing through our uniquely programmed Hybrid sessions or building strength with expert-led Strength & Conditioning, every session is designed to improve your endurance, power, speed, fitness, and overall wellbeing. All while connecting with like-minded people who inspire and motivate you.

You can also fuel your journey at The Refuel Ground, our healthy smoothie and coffee bar right at the entrance, open to members and visitors. Stop by for a nutritious pick-me-up every Saturday from 6:30am to 9:30am.
