Cass is incredibly passionate about inspiring and empowering others to be their healthiest, happiest selves through creating healthy and positive relationships with food and fitness. Her philosophy is balance – think green smoothies with the occasional donut.

Cass is fortunate to have grown up in a family that strongly valued health and fitness, so was always active growing up. Cass comes from a competitive running background, competing in state level track and field and cross country meets. In 2013 Cass fell in love with the strength and conditioning, function fitness, and HIIT styles of training and has since competed against herself to be fitter, faster and stronger than the person she was yesterday.

Jake Masters.

Master Trainer / Strength and Conditioning Coach / Weightlifting Sports Power Coach / Owner

Since discovering Strength and Conditioning and Functional Fitness in 2011, Jake developed a strong passion for health and fitness and has since attained his qualifications to be able to share his passion with others.

Jake enjoys coaching and is dedicated to helping others to improve their strength and fitness. He loves nothing more than seeing his clients reach their goals.

If you don’t find Jake at The Ground training, he is most likely outdoors trail riding, or adventuring with his two pups.
